Peringatan HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke 74 SD Ciren dalam rangka memperingati HUT Kemerdekaan RI yang ke 74, melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan. Diantaranya: 1. Kerja bakti di Lingkungan Sekolah 2. Lomba Kebersihan, kerapian, dan keindahan antar kelas 3. Lomba di kelasnya masing-masing dengan perlombaan yang setiap kelasnya berbeda. a. Kelas 1 lomba mewarnai b. Kelas 2 lomba menggambar c. Kelas 3 lomba mencipta puisi d. Kelas 4 lomba gambar bercerita e. Kelas 5 lomba pidato f. Kelas 6 lomba menyanyi Hadiah lomba diberikan pada saat Upacara Peringatan HUT Kemerdekaan RI di sekolah. Anak-anak merasa sangat senang. Pemenang Lomba ditampilka saat Upacara Hari Senin, berurutan dari yang juara 1
